Welcome to Daring Delights, a home-based micro bakery where every item is made with love, wholesome ingredients, and a touch of adventure! Specializing in handcrafted sourdough and small-batch baked goods, I focus on using organic, locally sourced, and homegrown ingredients to create unique flavors that nourish and delight.

I currently appear at the Winrock Artisan Market Saturdays from 8am - 12pm, as well as offering pre-orders and porch pick ups throughout the week!

I am a passionate home baker living in the Northeast Heights of Albuquerque. I am a full-time Nanny to a lovely family by day and a crazy baker in all the other hours.
I love crafting unique and daring flavors with my small-batch sourdough loaves, and surprising you with treats you never thought could be sourdough! I strive to use organic, locally sourced, and homegrown ingredients exclusively to achieve this goal.
