All About Me
Baking has been a lifelong passion of mine, and after years of working in everything from corporate sales to retail management to cooking in a small café, I’m finally taking the leap into running my own business. Inspired by my entrepreneurial dad—who built a small herbs, teas, and spices business into a major success—I’ve always dreamed of creating something of my own. For me, sourdough is more than just bread; it’s a symbol of nourishment, tradition, and health. Having once been gluten intolerant, I appreciate its digestibility and simplicity—just flour, water, and salt transforming into something incredible. I believe in using organic, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, bringing the best flavors and quality to my baked goods. As much as I can, I incorporate ingredients from my own garden, like rosemary and green chile, to add fresh, homegrown flavors to my bakes. While I currently balance this passion with my full-time work as a nanny, my ultimate dream is to one day own a small homestead and farm, where I can bake and grow food for my community. This is step one, and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!

Every loaf, cookie, and pastry I create is made with intention and love, reflecting my belief that food should be both nourishing and joyful. There’s nothing better than seeing someone’s face light up after taking that first bite—it’s what keeps me inspired every day. Whether it’s a classic country sourdough, a wholesome seasonal treat, or a carefully crafted artisan loaf, I pour my heart into every bake. My goal is to bring people together through good food, simple ingredients, and time-honored baking traditions. Thank you for supporting this journey—one small batch at a time!

I live in the Northeast Heights with my partner and our doodle, who is always ready to taste-test my latest creations. When I’m not baking, you can usually find me spending time with horses, knitting, listening to audiobooks, or tending to my garden. As I grow this micro bakery, I hope to create more than just delicious bread—I want to build a community around real, wholesome food. Sourdough, with its deep history and natural fermentation, embodies patience, craftsmanship, and a connection to the past. I love the idea of slowing down and embracing the simple magic of baking, and I want to share that with others. Whether you’re here for a weekly loaf, a special treat, or just to follow along on this journey, I’m so grateful for your support. This is just the beginning, and I can’t wait to see where it leads!
